| 背景信息 | Leucine rich repeat containing 47 (LRRC47) is a ubiquitously expressed cytoplasmic protein characterized by multiple leucine-rich repeat motifs. These motifs suggest a primary role in mediating protein-protein and protein-RNA interactions. LRRC47 is annotated as an RNA-binding protein with predicted phenylalanyl-tRNA ligase activity, indicating its involvement in phenylalanyl-tRNA aminoacylation and translational control. Interaction data demonstrate that LRRC47 associates with phenylalanyl-tRNA synthetase subunits, such as FARSA and FARS2, as well as various small ribosomal proteins. These associations support its function within ribosome or translation factor complexes, contributing to the regulation of protein synthesis across various proliferative tissues. |
