| 背景信息 | Leucine zipper and CTNNBIP1 domain containing (LZIC) is a cytoplasmic and nuclear protein characterized by an N-terminal leucine-zipper-like region and a C-terminal ICAT-like domain. These structural motifs suggest a primary role in protein-protein interactions and the modulation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. LZIC is broadly expressed across various tissues and has been implicated in the cellular response to DNA damage, particularly following ionizing radiation. Functional studies indicate that LZIC levels influence radiation sensitivity and cell-cycle regulation, positioning the protein as a potential modulator of survival pathways and a candidate biomarker for cellular stress responses. |
