| 背景信息 | Hepatitis A virus cellular receptor 1 (HAVCR1), also known as TIM-1, is a membrane protein that acts as a receptor for the hepatitis A virus (HAV) and several other pathogens, including Ebola and Zika viruses. This protein is characterized by its immunoglobulin-like structure and is involved in various immune responses, particularly in T-helper cell development and regulation of asthma and allergic diseases. Dysregulation or mutations in HAVCR1 can lead to increased susceptibility to viral infections and may influence the severity of diseases such as hepatitis A, where it facilitates viral entry into host cells.
