| 背景信息 | RBM15 is an RNA-binding protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, particularly in regulating gene expression through alternative splicing and RNA methylation. It is involved in the proliferation, migration, and invasion of cancer cells, making it an important prognostic biomarker and potential therapeutic target in several cancers, including pancreatic cancer, acute/chronic myeloid leukemia, and cervical cancer. RBM15 promotes the expression of functional genes by elevating N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification, and its upregulation is positively correlated with disease severity in COVID-19 patients.
