| 背景信息 | Synaptogyrin 1 (SYNGR1) is an integral membrane protein abundant in presynaptic vesicles of central nervous system neurons. Highly expressed in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus, it is a stable component of the synaptic vesicle machinery. Functionally, SYNGR1 is implicated in the regulation of synaptic plasticity and calcium-dependent exocytosis, although it is not essential for basal transmission. It also modulates the localization of other synaptic vesicle proteins, such as synaptophysin, into microvesicles. While direct causal links to specific genetic syndromes are not yet established, its restricted neuronal expression and functional properties suggest a role in fine-tuning synaptic efficacy and vesicle biogenesis. |
