| 背景信息 | Diaphanous related formin 2 (DIAPH2) is an X-linked formin protein that regulates actin filament elongation and microtubule stabilization. It contains formin homology (FH1 and FH2) domains that mediate actin binding and polymerization, alongside regulatory regions that interact with Rho GTPases such as RhoD. Through these interactions, DIAPH2 controls endosome dynamics and early endosome motility via the actin cytoskeleton. It is expressed in various tissues, including the ovary, where it is thought to participate in oogenesis and the maintenance of normal ovarian function. As a member of the diaphanous subfamily, DIAPH2 serves as a key effector in Rho-mediated remodeling of the cellular cytoskeleton. |
