| 背景信息 | DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member A2 (DNAJA2) is a ubiquitously expressed cytosolic co-chaperone that plays a vital role in protein folding, refolding, and cellular proteostasis. It contains a canonical N-terminal J-domain, a glycine/phenylalanine-rich segment, and a cysteine-rich zinc-finger-like region, which allow it to bind unfolded polypeptides and stimulate the ATPase activity of Hsp70/Hsc70. DNAJA2 participates in cellular stress responses and protein trafficking, including Golgi-ER retrograde transport. It also interacts with histone regulatory proteins, suggesting a functional role at the chromatin interface. Clinically, DNAJA2 has been associated with subacute bacterial endocarditis and autoimmune vasculitis, reflecting its involvement in systemic inflammatory and immune response pathways. |
