| 背景信息 | Synuclein gamma (gamma Synuclein/SNCG) is a soluble, natively unfolded protein of the synuclein family, primarily expressed in the peripheral nervous system and specific neuronal populations. It shares structural homology with alpha-synuclein, including an amphipathic N-terminal domain that mediates lipid binding. SNCG exhibits high conformational plasticity, adapting its structure upon interaction with membranes or environmental changes. While its exact physiological function is still being defined, it is implicated in neurofilament network integrity and signal transduction. Dysregulation of SNCG expression is observed in various pathological states, including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer, where it may influence cellular survival and metastasis. |
