| 背景信息 | Major histocompatibility complex, class I, B (HLA-B) is essential for the adaptive immune response. It presents endogenous peptide antigens to CD8+ T cells and interacts with killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptors (KIRs) on NK cells. HLA-B is highly polymorphic, with allelic variations determining the repertoire of peptides it can present, thus influencing individual susceptibility to infections and autoimmune diseases. Specific HLA-B alleles are strongly associated with conditions such as ankylosing spondylitis (HLA-B*27) and drug hypersensitivities. In transplantation, matching HLA-B alleles between donor and recipient is critical to prevent graft rejection and graft-versus-host disease. |
