| 背景信息 | Alpha-1-B glycoprotein (A1BG) is a secreted plasma glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. Synthesized primarily in the liver, it is a heavily N-glycosylated protein that localizes to the extracellular space and blood microparticles. A1BG forms a high-affinity complex with the cysteine-rich secretory protein CRISP-3, suggesting a role in modulating or protecting specific physiological pathways, although its exact function remains to be fully elucidated. Clinically, A1BG has been identified as a candidate biomarker for several conditions. Altered levels of A1BG or its fragments are reported in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and pediatric nephrotic syndrome. Its presence in synovial fluid and association with post-myocardial infarction inflammatory responses further highlight its potential relevance in monitoring various disease states. |
