| 背景信息 | Membrane spanning 4-domains A1 (MS4A1), commonly known as CD20, is a B-lymphocyte-specific tetraspan membrane protein that functions as a component of store-operated calcium channels. Expressed from the pre-B to memory B-cell stages, it regulates calcium influx essential for B-cell activation, proliferation, and differentiation. CD20 forms signaling complexes with the B-cell receptor, MHC class II, and other surface molecules to modulate immune responses. Clinically, MS4A1 is a critical target in the treatment of B-cell malignancies, such as non-Hodgkin lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia, where anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies like rituximab are used to mediate cytotoxicity. It is also a key target for B-cell depletion strategies in autoimmune diseases. |
