| 背景信息 | Fc gamma receptor IIa (FCGR2A) is a low-affinity receptor protein found on the surface of many immune response cells, including macrophages and neutrophils. It binds to the Fc region of immunoglobulin G (IgG) and initiates cellular responses against pathogens and soluble antigens, promoting phagocytosis of opsonized antigens. FCGR2A is involved in various immune processes, including neutrophil degranulation and cell adhesion. The protein is encoded by the FCGR2A gene located on chromosome 1. FCGR2A plays a crucial role in the innate immune system and has been associated with several diseases, including autoimmune disorders such as systemic lupus erythematosus and cystic fibrosis. Additionally, it has been implicated in susceptibility to infectious diseases like malaria and in the pathogenesis of certain cancers, such as gastrointestinal stromal tumors. |
