| 背景信息 | Interleukin-7 (IL-7) is a hematopoietic cytokine primarily produced by stromal cells in the bone marrow and thymus. Signaling through the IL-7 receptor complex, it activates JAK-STAT and PI3K-Akt pathways to promote the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of B-cell and T-cell lineages. IL-7 is indispensable for thymopoiesis and the homeostatic maintenance of naive and memory T cells. Dysregulated IL-7 signaling is implicated in the pathogenesis of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and lymphoma. Clinically, recombinant IL-7 is utilized in immunotherapeutic strategies to enhance immune reconstitution in lymphopenic conditions. |
