| 背景信息 | Interferon gamma receptor 1 (IFNGR1), also known as CD119, is a protein encoded by the IFNGR1 gene in humans. It is the ligand-binding chain (alpha) of the heterodimeric gamma interferon receptor, which is crucial for the signaling of interferon-gamma (IFN-γ). IFNGR1 interacts with IFN-γ and, together with IFNGR2, forms a receptor complex that activates the JAK/STAT signaling pathway, leading to antiviral, proapoptotic, and antiproliferation activities. Mutations in the IFNGR1 gene can lead to extreme susceptibility to mycobacterial infections, such as familial disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection, and are associated with susceptibility to Helicobacter pylori infection. The deregulation of IFNGR1 expression has also been implicated in the progression of lung adenocarcinoma, affecting IFN-γ signaling and antiviral responses. |
