| 背景信息 | Interleukin 7 receptor (CD127) is a type I cytokine receptor that serves as a critical regulator of lymphoid development and T cell homeostasis. It functions as a heterodimer composed of the IL-7R-alpha chain and the common gamma chain (CD132). Binding of its ligand, IL-7, activates multiple intracellular signaling cascades, including the Jak/STAT, PI3K/Akt/mTOR, and MEK/Erk pathways, which collectively promote the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of B and T cell precursors. CD127 is highly expressed on mature T cells but is characteristically downregulated on regulatory T cells. It also plays a vital role in T cell receptor gene rearrangement. Clinically, genetic defects in CD127 are a well-established cause of severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID). Additionally, elevated levels of a soluble form of the receptor (sCD127) are observed in patients with Type I diabetes. |
