| 背景信息 | C-C motif chemokine 1 (CCL1) is a small glycoprotein belonging to the chemokine family, primarily produced by activated monocytes, macrophages, and T lymphocytes. It functions as a chemotactic factor, binding to the CCR8 receptor to induce calcium influx, promote cell migration, and regulate apoptosis. CCL1 is particularly important in recruiting Th2 cells and regulatory T lymphocytes to sites of inflammation, playing a critical role in immune responses and tissue remodeling. Dysregulation of CCL1 has been implicated in several diseases, particularly in inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. For example, elevated CCL1 levels have been associated with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), contributing to airway inflammation and remodeling. Additionally, CCL1 is overexpressed in certain cancers, such as adult T-cell leukemia (ATL), where it mediates an autocrine anti-apoptotic loop that supports leukemic cell survival. |
