| 背景信息 | CD70 antigen (CD70) is a type II transmembrane protein that serves as a ligand for the CD27 receptor, playing a vital role in the immune response by promoting T and B cell activation. It is primarily expressed on activated T and B lymphocytes, as well as on dendritic cells, where its expression is transient and regulated by various cytokines such as IL-1α, IL-2, and TNF-α. The interaction between CD70 and CD27 enhances immune responses by activating signaling pathways that lead to T cell proliferation and differentiation. Dysregulation of CD70 expression has been associated with several diseases, particularly cancers like Hodgkin's lymphoma and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, where its overexpression contributes to tumor growth and survival. Additionally, high levels of CD70 have been implicated in autoimmune diseases due to their role in excessive immune activation. |
