| 背景信息 | Myeloid cell nuclear differentiation antigen (MNDA) is a 406-amino-acid nuclear protein encoded on human chromosome 1q, primarily expressed in the nuclei of granulocytes, monocytes, and myeloid cells. It contains a region homologous to interferon-inducible mouse Ifi proteins and features an interferon-stimulated response element, leading to its upregulation by interferon-alpha. MNDA is thought to play a role in blood cell-specific interferon responses and nuclear events during myeloid differentiation. While it serves as a marker for normal myeloid cells in blood and bone marrow, it has also been implicated in cancer progression, specifically by enhancing M2 macrophage polarization to promote hepatocellular carcinoma metastasis. |
