| 背景信息 | Zinc finger protein 75D (ZNF75D) is a member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger family that functions as a DNA-binding transcription factor. It is characterized by an N-terminal SCAN domain, which mediates protein-protein interactions, and multiple C-terminal C2H2-type zinc-finger motifs that facilitate sequence-specific DNA binding. ZNF75D is involved in the regulation of gene expression specifically mediated by RNA polymerase II. While it is expressed across a variety of tissues, including the brain and various glandular organs, its specific target genes and physiological pathways remain largely uncharacterized. As a member of the ZNF75 subfamily, it likely participates in the complex transcriptional networks that govern cellular differentiation and homeostasis. Currently, there are no well-established clinical conditions directly linked to mutations or dysregulation of ZNF75D. |
