| 背景信息 | Integrin subunit alpha 1 (ITGA1), also known as CD49a, is the alpha subunit of a heterodimeric integrin receptor that pairs with the beta 1 subunit to bind collagen and laminin. This receptor is involved in cell-cell adhesion, inflammation, and fibrosis, acting as a negative regulator of EGF-stimulated cell growth. ITGA1 contains a von Willebrand factor type I domain essential for recognizing specific sequences in collagen. It serves as a marker for tissue-resident memory T cells and influences their motility. In clinical contexts, ITGA1 is associated with colon and intestinal carcinomas, and recent research indicates it promotes metastatic potential and therapy resistance in pancreatic cancer. It also functions within apoptotic pathways in synovial fibroblasts, highlighting its role as a multifunctional regulator in cancer biology and immune cell function. |
