| 背景信息 | CTD small phosphatase like 2 (CTDSPL2) is a nuclear phosphatase that dephosphorylates the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II, thereby regulating transcription and protein export. Beyond its physiological roles in BMP signaling and transcriptional control, CTDSPL2 functions as a context-dependent oncogene. It stabilizes Snail to promote epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition and activates the PI3K/AKT pathway via JAK1, driving proliferation, invasion, and metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer. In leukemic cells, it supports growth through the dephosphorylation of specific kinases. Consequently, CTDSPL2 represents a potential therapeutic target in malignancies where it is overexpressed. |
