| 背景信息 | CD69 molecule (CD69) is a type II transmembrane C-type lectin that forms a disulfide-linked homodimer and serves as one of the earliest inducible activation markers on leukocytes, including T cells and NK cells. It is highly expressed on tissue-resident T cells, where it regulates lymphocyte retention by acting as a cis-acting agonist of sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1, promoting its internalization and thereby inhibiting tissue egress. Additionally, CD69 associates with the amino acid transporter LAT1 to modulate mTOR-dependent metabolism, which shapes cytokine production and T helper cell differentiation. Through these mechanisms, CD69 plays a pivotal role in controlling the duration and nature of local immune responses and regulatory T-cell function. |
