| 背景信息 | G protein pathway suppressor 2 (GPS2) is a ubiquitously expressed transcriptional corepressor and signaling regulator. As a component of the NCoR/SMRT nuclear receptor complex, it inhibits ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes to modulate MAPK, NF-kappaB, and PI3K/AKT pathways, playing key roles in inflammation, lipid metabolism, and mitochondrial homeostasis. In cancer, GPS2 often functions as a tumor suppressor; its downregulation in breast and gastric cancers drives unconstrained signaling activation, promoting metastasis and poor survival. Conversely, it may act as an oncogenic factor in liposarcoma and obesity-associated metabolic disorders. |
