| 背景信息 | Selectin P ligand (PSGL1), or CD162, is a mucin-like type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of most leukocytes and platelets. As a homodimer, it serves as the high-affinity ligand for P-, E-, and L-selectins, mediating the initial tethering and rolling of leukocytes on activated endothelium during inflammation. This interaction is dependent on specific post-translational modifications, including tyrosine sulfation and sialyl Lewis x glycosylation. Beyond cell adhesion, PSGL-1 functions as a signaling receptor that regulates immune cell activation and cytoskeletal polarization. Dysregulation of PSGL-1 is implicated in inflammatory and thrombotic disorders, and it also exhibits intrinsic antiviral activity against pathogens like HIV-1. |
