| 背景信息 | Trafficking protein particle complex subunit 3L (TRAPPC3L) is a cytosolic coiled-coil protein that functions as a component of the multisubunit transport protein particle (TRAPP) complex. Working alongside subunits such as TRAPPC2 and TRAPPC3, it participates in ER-to-Golgi and intra-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport by acting as a membrane tether in the early secretory pathway. Evolutionary evidence suggests it arose from a gene duplication of TRAPPC3, maintaining conserved roles in membrane trafficking. TRAPPC3L is also recognized as a cell-cycle-dependent protein that localizes to the centrosome during mitosis and interphase, suggesting potential involvement in spindle organization and cell division. |
