| 背景信息 | CD300 molecule like family member d (CD300LD) is a transmembrane immune receptor primarily expressed on myeloid cells, including macrophages, dendritic cells, and granulocytes. It functions as a critical regulator of immune signaling, modulating the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor. CD300LD also serves as a cell-surface receptor for murine norovirus, utilizing its highly conserved N-terminal extracellular domain to facilitate viral binding and entry. In the context of tumor biology, CD300LD expression on neutrophils is required for tumor-driven immune suppression. Clinically, the protein is associated with conditions such as epidemic pleurodynia, and its role as a paired receptor with its paralog CD300LF is essential for maintaining myeloid cell homeostasis. |
