| 背景信息 | Chromosome 3 open reading frame 62 (C3orf62) is a nucleocytoplasmic protein predicted to localize to the ER-Golgi interface via a C-terminal retrieval motif. It features multiple alpha-helices and undergoes dynamic regulation through phosphorylation and O-GlcNAcylation. C3orf62 interacts with key partners including HAUS1, ING5, and the MORF4 family, suggesting essential roles in chromatin remodeling and spermatogenesis. It is highly expressed in the blood, lungs, and reproductive tissues, where it supports male fertility. Clinically, C3orf62-SRF fusions have been identified as drivers in pediatric soft tissue tumors, such as myofibroma and myopericytoma, where they promote p300-dependent transactivation. |
