| 背景信息 | COMM domain-containing protein 6 (COMMD6) is a small cytosolic protein defined by a conserved C-terminal COMM domain. It functions within the commander complex to regulate endosomal recycling and protein ubiquitination. COMMD6 acts as a specific repressor of NF-kappaB signaling by binding the RelA subunit, a function dependent on conserved residues within its domain.
