| 背景信息 | Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells like 1 (TREML1), also known as TLT-1, is a transmembrane immunoglobulin superfamily receptor predominantly expressed in megakaryocytes and sequestered in the α-granules of platelets. Upon platelet activation, TREML1 is rapidly translocated to the cell surface, where it binds fibrinogen and acts as a co-stimulatory receptor to enhance platelet aggregation and hemostasis. The receptor contains cytoplasmic immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIMs) that modulate signaling and can be released as a soluble form (sTLT-1) to regulate inflammatory responses. Clinically, TREML1 is linked to Gray platelet syndrome and various thrombo-inflammatory conditions, including atherosclerosis, sepsis-related coagulopathy, and acute coronary syndromes. |
