| 背景信息 | Interferon lambda receptor 1 (IFNLR1), or IL28RA, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that pairs with IL10RB to form the functional receptor complex for type III interferons (IFN-λ). Predominantly expressed on epithelial cells, this receptor mediates antiviral and immunoregulatory signals through the JAK-STAT pathway, specifically activating STAT1 and STAT2. This restricted expression pattern allows IFNLR1 to orchestrate local immune responses at mucosal barriers without inducing systemic inflammation. Dysregulation of IFNLR1 signaling is associated with altered susceptibility to viral infections, such as hepatitis and Zika, and is implicated in inflammatory skin conditions like psoriasis. |
