| 背景信息 | Cytokine receptor like factor 3 (CRLF3) is a conserved class I-like cytokine receptor that plays a role in cell cycle control, neuronal morphology, and synaptic vesicle biogenesis. It is a single-pass type I membrane protein containing a fibronectin type III domain and a C-terminal SPRY domain. CRLF3 has been identified as a receptor for erythropoietin (Epo) and its splice variant EV-3, mediating anti-apoptotic neuroprotection in human neurons. It also influences microtubule stability and RhoA/Hippo signaling pathways. Clinically, disruption of the CRLF3 gene or its surrounding region is associated with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) microdeletion syndromes and various neurodevelopmental defects. Additionally, CRLF3 is linked to altered thrombopoiesis and has emerging roles as a context-dependent modifier in both hematologic and solid malignancies. |
