| 背景信息 | C-type lectin domain containing 10A (CLEC10A) is a type 2 transmembrane protein belonging to the C-type lectin superfamily that functions as a cell surface antigen involved in cell adhesion, signaling, and immune modulation. It specifically recognizes carbohydrate structures, such as the N-acetylgalactosamine (Tn antigen) glycan epitope, binding them in a calcium-dependent manner. CLEC10A is a specific marker for human CD1c+ dendritic cells and acts as a signaling receptor at the interface of antigen-presenting cell and T-cell interactions, where it promotes a tolerogenic phenotype. As an endocytic pattern recognition receptor, it internalizes Tn-terminated immunogens for processing and presentation via MHC class I and II pathways. Its unique expression profile and endocytic activity make it a valuable marker for dendritic cell subsets and a promising target for antigen-directed immunotherapeutic approaches in oncology. |
