| 背景信息 | Interleukin 22 receptor subunit alpha 1 (IL22RA1) is a class II cytokine receptor that plays a central role in antimicrobial defense, tissue repair, and inflammatory responses. It forms a functional heterodimeric complex with the IL10RB subunit to bind the cytokines IL-22, IL-20, and IL-24. Ligand binding initiates signaling through the JAK/STAT, MAPK, and Akt pathways, which are essential for maintaining epithelial barrier integrity and inducing acute-phase responses. The structural assembly involves the sequential binding of IL-22 to IL22RA1 followed by recruitment of the second receptor chain. Clinically, dysregulation of IL22RA1 signaling is associated with chronic inflammatory conditions. It is specifically implicated in the pathogenesis of spondyloarthropathy, characterized by joint and spinal inflammation, as well as erythematosquamous dermatoses such as psoriasis. |
