| 背景信息 | Small nuclear ribonucleoprotein U4/U6.U5 subunit 27 (SNRNP27) is a ubiquitously expressed, serine/arginine-rich nuclear protein that serves as a component of the major spliceosome. It associates with the 25S U4/U6.U5 tri-snRNP complex and plays a central role in pre-mRNA splicing by facilitating splice-site recognition and spliceosome assembly. As a nucleic acid-binding protein, SNRNP27 participates in the processing of capped, intron-containing pre-mRNAs. Its activity is essential for the efficient maturation of primary transcripts within the nucleus. While its expression can be modulated during viral infection, its primary biological function remains the regulation of the eukaryotic splicing machinery. |
