| 背景信息 | Fc receptor like 1 (FCRL1) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein of the immunoglobulin receptor superfamily, preferentially expressed on the surface of mature B cells. It contains three extracellular Ig-like domains and a cytoplasmic tail featuring ITAM-like motifs that recruit signaling effectors to modulate B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling. FCRL1 acts as a BCR co-receptor, enhancing B-cell activation, proliferation, and calcium mobilization, while also regulating downstream pathways such as ERK and NF-kappaB in a context-dependent manner. Pathologically, FCRL1 is broadly expressed in various B-cell malignancies, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and Burkitt lymphoma, where it supports survival signaling through the AKT and NF-kappaB pathways. Its restricted expression and role in B-cell signaling make FCRL1 a significant biomarker and a potential therapeutic target for B-cell-driven leukemias and lymphomas. |
