| 背景信息 | Leucine rich adaptor protein 1 (LURAP1) is a cytosolic adaptor protein that plays a key role in activating the canonical NF-κB signaling pathway. By driving the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, it enhances the antigen-presenting and T-cell priming capabilities of dendritic cells. Additionally, LURAP1 forms a functional complex with MYO18A and CDC42BPA/B to regulate lamellar actomyosin retrograde flow. This mechanism promotes cell protrusion and migration through the phosphorylation of MYL9/MLC2 and the assembly of MYH9/MYH10-dependent actomyosin structures. LURAP1 is widely expressed across human tissues and localizes to the cytosol and intracellular membrane-bounded organelles. Its dual involvement in immune signaling and cytoskeletal dynamics underscores its importance in inflammatory responses and cellular motility, making it a central mediator of both innate immunity and structural cell biology. |
