| 背景信息 | Ribosomal protein S6 kinase C1 (RPS6KC1) is a cytoplasmic serine/threonine protein kinase belonging to the AGC kinase family. It functions in signal transduction and vesicular trafficking by binding to sphingosine kinase and phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate, thereby participating in sphingosine-1-phosphate-mediated signaling and endosomal phosphoinositide pathways. RPS6KC1 also interacts with the mitochondrial antioxidant enzyme peroxiredoxin-3 (PRDX3), facilitating its recruitment to early endosomes. This interaction suggests a role for RPS6KC1 in coordinating redox regulation with mitochondrial function and endosomal dynamics.
