| 背景信息 | CD244, also known as SLAMF4 or 2B4, is a type-I transmembrane protein in the signaling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAM) family, primarily expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and some T cells. It features two extracellular immunoglobulin-like domains and a cytoplasmic domain with immunoreceptor tyrosine-based switch motifs (ITSMs), facilitating interactions with the ligand CD48. This interaction regulates immune responses by mediating activating or inhibitory signals, influencing NK cell cytotoxicity and cytokine production.
