| 背景信息 | GABA type A receptor associated protein like 1 (GABARAP/GABARAPL1) is a ubiquitin-like modifier of the ATG8 family involved in autophagy and intracellular trafficking. Upon lipidation, it associates with autophagic membranes to facilitate phagophore elongation and mitochondrial turnover (mitophagy). GABARAPL1 also regulates the trafficking of cell surface receptors, including the GABA-A receptor and kappa opioid receptor, thereby influencing synaptic transmission and signaling. Dysregulation of GABARAPL1 is linked to breast cancer progression, where reduced expression correlates with increased invasion and metabolic reprogramming. Additionally, its role in receptor trafficking implicates it in the pathophysiology of neurological conditions such as stiff-person syndrome. |
