| 背景信息 | Lymphocyte antigen 9 (LY9) is a cell-surface receptor belonging to the signaling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAM) family. It functions as a self-ligand that regulates immune responses through homo- or heterotypic cell-cell interactions. LY9 modulates the activation and differentiation of various immune cells, notably promoting the differentiation of T cells into the Th17 phenotype and increasing IL-17 secretion. Its signaling activity is mediated by cytoplasmic interactions with adapter molecules such as SH2D1A (SAP) and SH2D1B (EAT-2). While it can enhance certain inflammatory responses, it also acts as a negative regulator to maintain immune tolerance and inhibit autoantibody production. Clinically, LY9 is associated with immune dysregulation disorders, including Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children and Lymphoproliferative Syndrome. |
