| 背景信息 | C-type lectin domain family 1 member B (CLEC1B), also known as C-type lectin domain family 1 member B, is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the C-type lectin-like family of receptors. It functions as a pattern recognition receptor, binding to beta-1,3-linked and beta-1,6-linked glucans from fungi and plants. CLEC1B plays a crucial role in platelet activation, tumor cell metastasis, and separation of blood/lymphatic vessels. The protein contains an extracellular C-type lectin-like domain fold and a cytoplasmic domain with an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif. Upon ligand binding, CLEC1B activates signaling pathways involving Syk kinase, leading to platelet activation and inflammatory responses. In terms of disease associations, CLEC1B has been implicated in hepatocellular carcinoma, where its downregulation is associated with tumor vascular invasion and distant metastasis. |
