| 背景信息 | Tripartite motif containing 10 (TRIM10) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase essential for terminal erythroid cell differentiation, survival, and the regulation of type I interferon signaling. It localizes to cytoplasmic bodies and negatively regulates interferon transduction by binding to the IFN-alpha/beta receptor 1. In the cardiovascular system, TRIM10 acts as a pro-hypertrophic regulator by directly binding to and promoting the ubiquitination and degradation of PTEN, which subsequently activates the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. Clinically, TRIM10 is implicated in pathological cardiac hypertrophy and septic cardiomyopathy, where its expression levels correlate with inflammation, oxidative stress, and apoptosis. Research indicates that TRIM10 knockout can prevent stress-induced cardiac hypertrophy, while its knockdown provides cardioprotective effects in models of sepsis, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target in heart disease. |
