| 背景信息 | Annexin A10 (Annexin A10) is a member of the annexin family of phospholipid-binding proteins, though it is structurally unique for lacking conventional calcium-binding sites in most of its core repeats. It functions primarily by modulating the MAPK/ERK signaling pathway, thereby promoting cell proliferation and G1 cell cycle progression through the downregulation of CDK inhibitors such as p21 and p27. Annexin A10 is also involved in regulating gastric programming and the induction of pancreatic duodenal homeobox 1. Clinically, it is aberrantly expressed in oral squamous cell carcinoma and right-sided colorectal cancers of the serrated pathway. It serves as a highly specific biomarker for serrated neoplasia, often correlating with BRAF mutations and the CpG island methylator phenotype. |
