| 背景信息 | Anaphase promoting complex subunit 7 (ANAPC7) is a tetratricopeptide repeat-containing protein that serves as a core component of the anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), a large E3 ubiquitin ligase essential for cell cycle regulation, particularly the transition through mitosis and G1 phase by targeting key cell cycle regulators such as B-type cyclins for ubiquitin-mediated proteasomal degradation. ANAPC7 is required for the proper ubiquitination activity of the APC/C and facilitates its interaction with specific transcription coactivators, contributing to the precise timing of cell cycle events. The protein interacts with other APC/C subunits, including ANAPC1, ANAPC4, CDC27, and CDC20, and is expressed in various tissues, reflecting its fundamental role in cell division. Disruption or dysregulation of ANAPC7 or the APC/C complex has been implicated in aberrant cell cycle progression, which may contribute to tumorigenesis and cancer development. |
