| 背景信息 | Autocrine motility factor receptor (AMFR), also known as gp78, is a glycosylated transmembrane protein that mediates cellular motility by binding its ligand, autocrine motility factor. It localizes to both the cell surface caveolae and smooth endoplasmic reticulum tubules, where it undergoes clathrin-independent endocytosis. AMFR signaling involves G proteins, protein kinase C, and tyrosine kinase activities to stimulate cell migration. Clinically, AMFR is strongly associated with tumor malignancy and metastatic progression in various carcinomas, where it typically concentrates at the leading edges of migrating cells. Additionally, it has been implicated in the pathogenesis of allergic asthma by promoting the production of inflammatory cytokines such as GM-CSF in alveolar macrophages. |
