| 背景信息 | Actin filament associated protein 1 like 2 (AFAP1L2), also known as XB130, is a cytosolic adaptor protein that facilitates communication between receptor and non-receptor tyrosine kinases and their downstream signaling pathways. It contains multiple tyrosine phosphorylation sites and proline-rich regions that enable SH2 and SH3 domain binding. AFAP1L2 acts as a protein tyrosine kinase activator, specifically enhancing SRC kinase activity and contributing to SRC-regulated transcription. It is involved in the regulation of gene expression, the mitotic cell cycle, and cytoskeletal signaling. By localizing to lamellipodia and influencing PI3K/Akt signaling, AFAP1L2 plays a significant role in modulating cell proliferation, survival, motility, and invasive potential. |
