| 背景信息 | Secretoglobin family 3A member 1 (SCGB3A1) is a small, secreted cytokine-like protein belonging to the secretoglobin family. Localized to the extracellular space, it is characterized by a leucine-rich, hydrophobic sequence typical of its family members. SCGB3A1 is primarily expressed in airway epithelial secretory cells, particularly within the trachea and bronchi, where it serves as a marker for secretory and Clara-cell lineage cells.
